Ms. Picard, former CEO of EQ/Blackstone, led the repositioning and value maximization of Blackstone's office portfolio during a shifting market, with a career spanning over $6 billion in developments across 7+ million square feet. She also played a pivotal role in expanding Canyon Ranch into a multi-tower residential spa destination in Miami and guided investments for Skanska in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Ms. Picard holds dual master’s degrees in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning from MIT and has developed major office projects for Hines Interests.​

Mr. Buchanan has 36 years of experience as an investor and manager of real estate debt, assets, and related companies, including founding and serving on the boards of firms in senior housing, investment management, and commercial real estate debt. He has also invested in innovative real estate technologies, including analytics, tenant engagement software, and parking solutions, and served as interim CFO for a commercial office software company. As a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former nuclear submarine officer, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Doman is an investment professional with expertise in asset management, acquisitions, development, debt capital markets, and capital raising. He co-founded Purple Rock Partners, an advisory firm specializing in acquisitions, capital raising, and financing. His career spans various asset types, with leadership roles at Tishman Speyer and experience at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Merrill Lynch. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, focusing on Real Estate and Finance, and a BA in Economics and Legal Studies from Northwester University.

Mr. East is the CEO of an SEC-registered investment advisor with 40 years of experience in real estate investment banking and securities analysis, including building and leading Wells Fargo's real estate investment banking business. He has completed over 142 major transactions totaling $20 billion, including 28 REIT IPOs, and founded two real estate businesses in investment banking and investment management. Mr. East has served on the boards of several prominent real estate companies and holds a BA and MBA in Finance from Loyola University.

Mr. Stone provides data analytics at Oxygen. He spent 6 years at EQ Office, Blackstone’s ~$10B North American office portfolio, where he led the creation of its market insights platform. He has comprehensive knowledge of real estate data platforms and established partnerships with leading providers. As the Founder of RealView Insights, Sam leverages his expertise in data analytics to provide real estate stakeholders with actionable insights. He earned a BA in Finance and Economics from Marquette and holds a data analytics certification from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Ballard provides financial expertise to Oxygen. He previously led the financial division at IndCor, a Blackstone portfolio with 120 million feet of industrial assets, subsequently selling $8 billion. As CFO and CIO at RedHill Realty, he acquired >10,000 multifamily units and achieved a 40% IRR over 10 years. He has facilitated $9 billion in acquisitions, originated $2 billion in debt and equity financing, and represented major tenants like Qualcomm and Intel. He has been involved in a $250 million resort and $150 million mixed-use development. He graduated from Duke and holds a CPA, CFP, and RPA.

Mr. Spies is a strategic adviser to Oxygen. He is an investor in real estate technologies via Fuse Strategies and as a Venture Partner at Navitas Capital. He spent 30 years at Tishman Speyer, leading global expansion and chairing its Investment Committee. He also was a senior official with New York’s economic development agency. Michael serves on the Advisory Board of Harvard’s Taubman Center and the boards of early-stage enterprises. As a former Global Governing Trustee of ULI, he chaired the jury for Visionaries in Urban Development. He holds degrees from both Princeton and Harvard Kennedy School.
